About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant
In this role, you will:

Support multiple groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiativesResearch moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international businessWork independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadershipAssist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiativesWork on multiple business functional areas with focus on implementing and delivering long-term strategies, policies, and process advancements.Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and proceduresProvide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partnersProvide input into communication routines with stakeholders, business partners, and experienced leadersEngage with all levels of professionals and managers across organization

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience in Banking Industry with work exposure to senior leadership, or equivalentInfluencing large teams with multiple stakeholders, strategic thinking, framework driven roadmaps, knowledge about data driven decisioning. Good to have - Python, Power BI, Tableau.Excellent PowerPoint story boarding, MS Excel advanced levelsExcellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas in a concise and clear fashionAbility to effectively communicate information to a variety of audiences
