Shows strong decision making and problem-solving skills. + Leads the administration of the plant layout and demonstrates ability to identify constrains and proposes optimization projects **Qualifications / Requirements:** + Completed Bachelor in Engineering, any specialization. + Recommendable, Masters in Science. + 4 to 7 years in a similar position. + Experience in medical products. + Process Excellence: (SPC and DMAIC), knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean manufacturing, strategies development, Black Belt certification (can be candidate to be certified as Master Black Belt). + Knowledge of materials systems, inventories and supply chain. + Experience in different areas of the plant. + Ability to establish PE (Six Sigma and lean manufacturing) as part of the cu ture in the organization. + Experience in the management of Permanent Change. + Lead the creation, maintenance, and optimization of Engineering and Manufacturing Bills of Materials (BOMs) and Routings in SAP, ensuring alignment with production requirements, cost accuracy, and configuration control across multiple product lines and platforms. + Analyze and validate manufacturing cost structures, including labor, materials, and overhead, by reviewing SAP cost data and collaborating with finance, planning, and procurement teams to ensure accurate standard costing. + Interpret and review technical drawings and specifications, coordinating with design and maintenance teams to validate documentation and update asset records in systems like Maximo, ensuring consistency between engineering data and SAP master records. + Leverage advanced functionalities of SAP S/4HANA to design and implement optimized business processes for Engineering and Manufacturing, utilizing extensive knowledge in SAP modules like PP (Production Planning), MM (Materials Management), and Routing Management to enhance operational efficiency and support agile manufacturing practices.
