The nature of the work is proactive and must be able to alert key stakeholders quickly. This role is responsible for creation of reporting for the Inbound Warehouse Team. The role includes data analysis score carding, financial reporting, key performance indicator report generation, and issue resolution. The Warehouse Sr Business Engineer will be responsible for project management, looking for continuous improvements in the daily activities of the team. The PA will be able to develop soft skills as leadership, decision making, troubleshooting and effective communication between the team & stakeholders. The Warehouse Sr Business Engineer will be able to participate in higher complexity projects in which the focus will be the major opportunity for reducing costs to the company. Creation and maintenance of data pipeline utilizing complex databases. The Optimization Reporting Associate Analysts’s primary responsibilities include: 1) Maintain and enhance supply chain warehouse tools 2) Design, develop and publish metrics 3) Provide analysis to support Warehouse HQ team and warehouse field users 4) Own data process for all supply chain Warehouse metrics 5) Develop, support and enhance optimization models Your Impact As Senior Business Engineer – Supply Chain Warehouse your responsibilities would consist of: • Responsible for daily, weekly and period reporting • Develop, support and sustain supply chain warehouse metrics, tools, reports and dashboards for Frito Lay North America business team • Troubleshoot & resolve issues related to existing suite tools, reports and dashboards • Monitoring/support/sustainment for team server and processes • Support ad-hoc analytical needs as needed by developing programs, tools, analyzing data, and/or creating visualizations in Excel, PowerBI and/or Tableau. • Assist with deployment of reporting platform on SAP analytics cloud. • Determine and define project scope and objectives and ensure technical feasibility • Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of the project • Measure project performance using project management tools and make adjustments as needed • Lead the execution of the pipeline of projects in the "Reporting " area • Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholder • Create and maintain a comprehensive project documentation • Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels • Supervise team’s executions, maintaining SLA’s performance and learning about all the roles of the team. • Lead various MBS continuous improvement initiatives, providing software expertise and leadership skills within the internal team Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Education • Bachelor’s degree in Business/operations, Engineering or similar field preferred Experience • Fluent in English • Bachelor’s degree in Business/operations, Engineering or similar field preferred • Power BI, Power App or Tableau experience. • Coding experience (SQL and Python) • Database management knowledge • Supply Chain or Warehouse experience preferred • Ability to effectively communicate in a professional and constructive manner internally and with suppliers • Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills in order to formulate effective action plans to deal with issues proactively • Produce/review various performance reports to drive results • Manage communications through phone, email, fax, mail, etc. • Advanced/Proficient Computer Skills (Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel) • Strong passion for customer service and Warehouse excellence • Ability to effectively interact and build a favorable business relationship with internal and external customers • Able to assist with account management duties • Strong team player and committed to teamwork in all situations • Excellent written and oral communications skills • Demonstrated ability to leveraging system and tools • Excellent analytical skills • Proven working experience in project management • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills • 1-3 years of experience in project managment If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
