You will be responsible for Digital media planning among the brands that are market leaders. You should have a well-rounded understanding digital media, largely from planning perspective and should have an understanding for Supervision of execution of digital campaigns including - search, social, reserve (direct) media and all that comes with it. Manage Campaign Supervision TeamManage and supervise a team of campaign supervisorsMust know platform nuances and details to lead a team of Supervisors efficientlyGuide the team on regular basis for Optimization of campaignsWork with the Planning team delivering time to time reports,

Team ManagementAbility to manage large teams on Performance (Biddable and Performance Display) for from strategizing to delivery and client engagement at Annual to regular reviews.Develop and strike partnership deals with key publishers and large affiliatesIn three months: Work with all constituents of digital eco-system of Group M under one single roof, bring them together as one offering for the clientIntroduce digital channels across media and get the ‘optimum’ performance media mix across existing clientsLead the team of plannersIn six months: Learn about effectively pitching 360 digital products to clientsWorked with a diverse team of media buyers and planners across 360-degree media and beyondBe ready to lead and deliver reviewsIn 12 months: Emerged as a coveted champion and go-to person on digital marketing solutionsProficient with latest trading techniques and deals by managing largest portfolio publishers and channel partners What you will need:
Minimum 11-12 years in digital media planning and buyingExcellent written and oral communication skills combined with outstanding presentation skillsTeam management skillsUnderstanding of programmatic landscape viz.
