Job Responsibilities :The Senior Business Development Specialist is responsible for supporting business growth by identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and assisting in the execution of business development strategies. This role involves researching potential clients, preparing proposals, and working closely with the Business Development Manager (BDM) or Head of Department (HOD) to meet revenue and growth objectives.Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Research & Opportunity Identification
Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive insights.Assist in analyzing data to support business development strategies.Maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities for business expansion.2. Client Acquisition & Support
Proactively reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and networking.Support the BDM in preparing pitches, presentations, and proposals.Participate in client meetings and follow-ups to foster relationships.3. Client Relationship Management
Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction.Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within current accounts.Address client inquiries and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.4. Proposal & Contract Support
Assist in drafting quotes, proposals, and contract documents.Ensure proposals align with client needs and company capabilities.Support negotiations under the guidance of the BDM/HOD.5. Coordination & Operational Support
Work with Tech, Ops, and Support teams to fulfill client requirements.Document client interactions and update CRM systems.Provide administrative support for business development activities.6. Reporting & Performance Tracking
Track and report on business development activities, lead conversions, and sales progress.Assist in preparing performance reports for management review.Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.Experience in lead generation, client outreach, and proposal support.Understanding of market trends and customer needs.Pre-Requisites :Are you game?
