The MS&B Business Development & Strategy organization is looking for a Senior Business Development Representative (Level 5) to join the KC-46Business Development and Strategy (BD&S) team who will be responsible for shaping the market and capturing new business.  This position will report to the Senior Manager of KC-46. As a Business Development Representative, you will be accountable for leading sales and campaign activities for domestic and global customers.  This role is based in Everett, WA.

A successful candidate will maintain strong industry awareness, possess market environment analysis skills, and can establish and manage partnerships with customers, stakeholders, and suppliers. Additionally, a successful candidate will have strong strategy background and networking skills, business and financial acumen, and the ability to work closely with technical experts.

Position Responsibilities:

Develop marketing and campaign win strategiesManage captures, including identifying and driving the strategy for capturing new business, managing supporting investments and resources, and leading a cross-functional capture teamInitiate and advance customer relationships to be accepted as a trusted business partner by the customer.Interface directly with the customer decision makers to shape the market and optimize the business cases for new products, technologies and services.Consult and influence decisions of Boeing senior level executives regarding business goals and objectives.Prepare solicitation responses (RFPs, RFIs,), shape ongoing capture efforts, identify customer needs and requirements, and develop winning strategiesObtain and leverage detailed understanding of the customers' processes, procedures, techniques, organizations and culture.Maintaining an understanding of the domestic and international competitive landscape to include knowledge of competitors' products, services, and activities and their impact on our competitive positionManage organization new business funds

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

5+ years of experience leading cross-functional teamsStrong communication, problem solving and analytical skillsExperience in preparing and presenting executive level briefings5+ years of experience in a customer facing role engaging with internal and/or external customersAgile and willing to work in a fast paced work environment while balancing multiple tasks concurrently and paying close attention to detail10+ years of experience working in a professional environment

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s Degree or higher5+ years of experience working contracts with U.S. Department of Defense, Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) and/or Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.

Travel: Willing and able to travel up to 25% of the time both domestically and internationally

Summary pay range for $145,350 - $196,650
