Senior Business Development Manager
Business Development Manager Do you want to work for a team who provides risk solutions to businesses across a large number of sectors within the UAE? This is a hybrid role which provides the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Dubai office. What the day will look like + Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate insurance (medical, property, liability, etc.) + Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and decision-makers + Develop tailored insurance solutions that meet client needs + Lead the sales process from lead generation to closing and onboarding + Coordinate with internal teams and insurers to deliver exceptional client service + Maintain an active pipeline and meet sales targets How this opportunity is different Typically, clients will be either a national or a multinational company, sometimes with a global presence; the CEO and CFO’s will be looking for a local relationship with their broker, who can provide an Aon wide, tailored approach. You will need to develop a strong Aon internal network, to understand and articulate the many innovative solutions available, and a strong external business community network. Corporate clients typically require bespoke insurance programmes and associated risk management and risk transfer services. Besides being the insurance broker, the team provides clients with a claims service and advice on risk management across most industries, with particular specialisms in medical, property and liability.
