YOUR ROLE

In your daily job you will:

Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the global automotive industry.Analyze market data to identify potential business opportunities and threats.Prepare detailed market analysis reports and present findings to senior management.Assist in the development and execution of business development strategies to achieve growth targets.Support strategic planning initiatives by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business development strategies with overall corporate goals.Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including potential partnerships, acquisitions, and market expansion initiatives.Develop business cases and financial models to support decision-making processes.Track and analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry experts.Coordinate with regional and global teams to ensure effective implementation of business development initiatives.Provide regular updates to senior management on business development activities and progress.Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of business development initiatives.Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards for senior management.Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions to enhance business performance.

Strategic collaboration and stakeholder management; Leadership and team alignment capabilitiesDeep understanding of regional strategy and AS&UX product roadmapHighly proficient in excel for financial target setting and version controlUnderstanding of financial modeling, business case development and P&L impacts5+ years experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Technical, Product, Finance)Strong negotiation and influence skillsExcellent communication abilities (written and verbal), fluent in englishHighly detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilitiesProblem-solving and critical thinkingAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesTeam leadership and motivation skills
