Responsibilities:
Focus on developing new business opportunities for all lines of Chubb products Work closely with local brokers & corporate agents to develop and implement joint marketing strategies Prepare regular sales activities and production reports and/or any related ad-hoc projects Work closely with internal parties for new product developments, launches and on-going business development Provide day to day customer service support and policy administration Ensure full compliance of processes in accordance with specific SOPsQualifications:
Bachelor degree or above in related disciplineAt least 8 years’ sales and marketing experience in insurance industry. Less experience will be considered as Business Development ManagerExperience in managing local producer with general insurance product knowledge is desirableMature, independent, self-motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skillProactive, assertive, result driven individual and able to work under pressureProficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese. Mandarin is desirablePC literate in MS Word, Excel and Access
