As a Senior Business Development Executive in our Insights division, you will play a crucial role in molding the future of our business. Your efforts will directly impact our ability to understand and engage with our clients, driving growth and innovation. This role is essential in helping us maintain our position as the world's leading data, insights, and consulting company.
Reporting to, and working very closely with the Customer Experience Business Unit, you will drive sales for Kantar, opportunities and revenue with new clients, focusing on the ways our solutions can help our clients achieve growth.
What you’ll be doing
Accountable for individual CX sales target with focus on hunting with new buying points from existing clients and new logo/prospects.
Identify new business opportunities.
Discover prospect needs and triggers as much as develop win strategy to drive sales of focused solutions
Creates relationships with key contacts and prospective clients using the Kantar client network as well as personally established network
Leads Kantar CX event and participate in sector events as speaker to increase Kantar CX reputation in the market.
Leads RFP and proposal development process, including collaborating with internal teams, coordinating client timelines, developing or influencing pitch and proposal collateral that resonates with clients and tells a differentiated story; plays a lead client-facing role from initial outreach through final proposal presentation and negotiations
The skills & experience needed
Highly commercial, 8+ years management experience in sales
Over 5 years of experience in sales with revenue targets, specializing in CX solutions.
A hunting mentality with experience using existing network of client relationships and generating leads
Proven success generating revenue with new business/new logo accounts
Excellent commercial competence, presentation and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
Highly motivated, self-starter, driver of change and transformation
Ambition to establish and develop a new business
Fluent in English & Spanish is a must, Italian will be also appreciated
Partner closely with Marketing and SDR teams to improve opportunity management and qualification processes
Familiarity with CX platform (Medallia & Qualtric) and Market research industry is essential.
Bachelor's degree or higher required.
