Job Responsibilities

As a Sterile SA BDE, you will:

Develop and complete strategic sales plans to successfully implement our products and services in the marketIdentify and engage with potential customers, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationshipsCollaborate with internal teams to determine customer needs and deliver tailored solutionsProvide outstanding support and follow-up to ensure customer happiness and drive repeat businessKeep up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunitiesStrictly adhere to all regulatory and compliance standardsRequirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

Education

Bachelor's degree in a science related field and/or equivalent industry experience.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years' experience, successful track record selling Drug Product Services.Process Development/Commercial manufacturing experience is preferred.Established contacts in major pharmaceutical organizations within your given territory.Excellent presentation skills and ability to network within senior management ranks.Dynamic and highly self-motivated individualProficient at managing Salesforce, Outlook, Teams, Zymewire and other sales tools.Ability to travel within the defined territory, attend trade shows, team meetings etc. and work remotely from a home office.What We Offer
