It is still day one, and we continue to expand our team to drive a better customer experience and acceleration to global best at Amazon practices in expansion countries. RGT boosts new expansion businesses by focusing on selection, hiring, and training while also driving acceleration of emerging business. As part of the International Expansions organization, RGT is a key part of ensuring the strong growth of our global retail business as well as playing an important role in go-forward country expansion.

Amazon Emerging Country Growth is seeking a Head of Vendor Management with proven experience in Vendor Management driving strategy, execution, negotiation, and team development to lead a team of Vendor Managers for its Retail Globalization Team. As the Head of Vendor Management, you will will be responsible for leading and developing a high performing team, setting strategy for new retail teams to drive profitable growth, building new tools, and processes to drive scale and automation.

The successful candidate will possess strong analytical acumen, superb business judgment, strategic negotiation skills, and a propensity to dive deep to solve complex problems. You must understand the competitive and industry landscape and must have the leadership presence and communication skills to effectively work with vendors at all levels of their organization. You must be a self-starter and be able to execute at both a tactical and strategic level with a strong attention to detail.
