Drive review of current data transmissions with all FLUs, CIO, Data Executive, Business Information Security Officers, and Risk partners, to identify and execute opportunities to reduce risk of data shared with third parties. · Create master data file with all attributes to be reviewed by FLUs and track mitigation options · Work with FLU assess options to mitigate risks sharing data with Third Party · Collect data from all horizontal FLU partners and control functions · Socialize with key stakeholders and executives · Escalate outcomes of risk review and recommendations to the proper Risk Routine · Develop materials: QRG, template for escalations, & SharePoint to gather and report out responses.
Responsibilities:
Oversees the design and effectiveness of the risk and control environment to support Client Operational Services and ensure adherence to enterprise-wide standardsSupports the monitoring and testing of controls by evaluating data to identify issues and control improvements for remediationImplements optimized controls and enhanced Quality Assurance (QA) practices to support business continuity effortsConducts and coordinates quality inspection reviews to enhance employee performance and control effectivenessPerforms QA activities including executing on controls, managing cases, and reporting resultsExecutes initiatives by identifying areas of potential testing automation, procedural updates, thematic trends, test script updates, and coaching opportunities to enhance QA program successSupports the overall management of and research required for regulatory exams, internal audits, and other monitoring and inspection reviews and evaluates data and information relevant to inspection metrics to support governance activities for dashboard reportingRequired Qualifications:
5+ years of experience:
Microsoft Office skills, including advanced Excel proficiencyRisk and/or Audit ExperienceSolving Experience/Training such as operational excellence,Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing – This can be removed.Ability to synthesize data and use it to tell a story Experience with data visualization tools, such as TableauStrong written and communication skillsExperience in developing and executing monitoring and oversight programsProject managementorganizational and time management skillsStrong analytical skillsStrong attention to detailIndependently driven, high bias for actionIntellectual curiosityAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environmentDesired Qualifications:
