The Senior Business Analyst (SBA) participates in the establishment of processes to ensure business analysts are supplied with the processes, procedures, training, and tools needed to ensure successful client, co-worker and vendor interactions. You will be responsible for documenting the client’s existing business processes at a high-level, and conducting and overseeing business process optimization activities with little to no supervision.
