Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Process Automation Expert to join our dynamic team. This role requires the individual to have “hands-on” experience in automating workflows using Power Apps, RPA, and related technologies. As a technical specialist, you will engage with colleagues from different functions and become the ‘go to’ expert in simplifying processes through connected workflows and automating process steps. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in driving our organization's automation and AI initiatives in transforming our processes to achieve greater efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and integrate process workflows using Power Automate and appropriate RPA tools. Optimize to ensure they meet business goals and performance metricsIdentify process automation opportunities and recommend solutions that drive significant improvements in user experience, operational efficiency, and process velocityInfluence senior leaders by developing impactful proof of concept solutions, and by communicating technical concepts in a clear and concise mannerSupport and supervise third party contractors on process automation initiativesCollaborate and sustain high-trust relationships with stakeholders through robust project management, documentation, and communication
