Cognizant is right where you belong. **Role Overview:** We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst with hands-on experience in Medidata CTMS and eTMF systems to support the migration from Veeva Vault to Medidata. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in requirements gathering, stakeholder coordination, data mapping, and validation to ensure a smooth and compliant transition. **Key Responsibilities:** + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and define migration requirements. + Analyze existing Veeva CTMS/eTMF configurations and workflows to map to Medidata equivalents. + Develop and maintain detailed documentation including business requirements, process flows, and data mapping templates. + Support data migration activities including validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution. + Coordinate with IT, QA, and vendor teams to ensure system configurations align with business and regulatory requirements. + Facilitate UAT planning, execution, and defect tracking. + Provide post-migration support and training to end-users. + Ensure compliance with GxP and other regulatory standards throughout the migration lifecycle.
