Business Analyst – Agile Projects
Location: Leicester/ Hybrid working model
Type: Fixed Term Contract/ Contract inside IR35
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team, driving improvements across business processes, systems, and solutions. You'll play a key role in gathering requirements, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and collaborating with stakeholders and development teams to ensure the successful delivery of initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse current business processes to identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions. Translate stakeholder needs into clear technical and non-functional requirements using ADO. Prepare BRDs, FRDs, use cases, wireframes, and process flows using tools like Visio. Lead requirements-gathering sessions and storyboarding with Product Owners. Support Agile delivery: manage backlogs, contribute to sprint planning, and facilitate Agile ceremonies when needed. Align solutions with business objectives and validate system outputs through QA and UAT. Conduct impact analysis for upcoming initiatives and engage in post-implementation reviews.Skills & Experience
Proven experience in Business Analysis within Agile environments. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Proficient in documenting user stories (INVEST), process mapping, and backlog refinement. Familiar with Azure DevOps (ADO), TFS, or similar tools for Agile project tracking. Ability to mentor junior team members and provide strategic insights to business leaders. Confident in conceptual modelling and understanding system design impacts. Experience working closely with UX teams and technical leads on solution design.Preferred Tools & Knowledge
