Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Business Analyst to join one of North America’s largest retail and wellness companies. This individual will be sitting onsite in the Bangalore, India office (or remote India) joining the B2B platform team that is responsible for managing and updating the B2B system that is used to make custom orders for teams and businesses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with the local scrum team composed of BAs, Product Managers, QAs and DevOps Engineers to help ensure initiatives are moving forward on time. The BA will work closely with the Product Managers, located in North America, to gather requirements and enter those into Jira for the development team in India to work on. Skills and Requirements • 9+ years of experience working within a BA, PdM or technology related role • At least 7 years of experience within a Business Analyst role • Has experience conducting UAT • Experience with Jira • Has strong experience on the functional side of Business Analyst responsibilities such as documenting and communicating Requirements, Epics, stories to team members, performing requirements analysis, conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings and working with cross functional stakeholders • Has a strong understanding of technical jargon (API, microservices, AWS hosting, front-end vs. back-end) • Retail Ecomm experience is a plus (Fashion retail experience would be ideal) • Working experience with cloud platforms namely AWS null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
