Senior Business Analyst with a strong business presence, analytical skills, and a proven track record of driving technology modernization projects. · Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements, user stories, and use cases, ensuring clear and concise articulation of requirements. · Conduct analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify opportunities for modernization and optimization. Drive conversations and workshops with finance and FPA stakeholders to gather requirements and align solutions with business objectives.

· Facilitate communication and collaboration between business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle, leveraging Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.

· Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other agile ceremonies to prioritize and refine requirements.

· Conduct functional and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that delivered solutions meet business requirements and objectives.

· Provide leadership and mentorship to junior business analysts, fostering a culture of learning and development within the team.

Qualifications

· Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, Economics or related field

· Minimum of 4 years of experience in business analysis, with at least 1-2 years of experience in modernization projects leveraging AWS

· Strong understanding of business analysis principles, methodologies, and best practices.

· Familiarity with agile project management methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban.

· Experience in modernization projects leveraging AWS services, with knowledge of data analytics tools and services.

· Proficiency in data analysis and analytics, including the ability to interpret and communicate insights from data.

· Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.

Qualifications Preferred

· Master’s Degree

· · Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP) preferred. · AWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Data Analytics – Specialty) preferred.
