Then bring your skills in analysis, problem solving and communication as **Senior Business Analyst in Trustee Change Team (Hybrid).** By Joining Citi, you will become part of a global organisation whose mission is to serve as a trusted partner to our clients by responsibly providing financial services that enable growth and economic progress. **Responsibilities:** + Preparation & analysis of proposed system changes, gathering documentation and consensus between business requirements and technology deliverables to assure smooth projects implementation; + Lead and coordinate gathering business change requests, system developments and new business on boarding across Trustee Operations; + Identify and solve issues in the projects across multiple business areas; + Formulate analysis of effort, cost and impact on various Citi businesses to ensure timely execution and mitigate potential risks; + Co-operation with internal and external stakeholders to effectively deliver projects; + Challenge the status quo, display initiative and innovation; + Take proactive actions targeted at minimizing implementation risk; + Ensure that all necessary project documentation is maintained and all necessary Client and internal approvals for the project are obtained; + Ensure implemented process is compliant with local and global regulations. **Key skills and experience:** + Experience in business analyses, writing business requirements and process mapping; + Experience in UAT test and tests scenarios writing; + Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written); + Excellent communication skills; + Ability to work in fast paced environment under tight deadlines; + Ability to work on own or part of a team; + Ability to multitask with great organizational skills; + Ability to build relationships with various project stakeholders; + Experience in supporting operations teams with production issues/system queries.
