Successful candidates must be prepared to relocate to the specified job location in the job posting and will be employed directly under the hiring entity’s contractual terms.

This role will be part of the Corporate Functions Tower for Group Technology ( IT 1.12), which oversees IT service delivery and manages key relationships across all corporate and central units, including Finance, HR, Legal & Compliance, Services/Facilities, and Procurement. The Tower also manages cross-functional domains such as document management, collaboration platforms, corporate websites, and Group-wide Identity Access Management (IAM), as well as selected central platforms and Regulatory/Integrated Risk Management (IRM) product delivery.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to play a key role in driving the implementation of IFRS17 requirements across our organization. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying, documenting, and managing all requirements for IFRS17, collaborating with stakeholders to define business architecture, and contributing to the development of solution components. If you have a strong background in requirements engineering, excellent communication skills, and experience working with cross-functional teams, we encourage you to apply.

Your Job:

Identify, document, review, and manage requirements for IFRS17, ensuring compliance with regulatory standardsCollaborate with business stakeholders, Solution Architects, and Enterprise Architects to define business architecture and solution componentsSelect the most appropriate means of representing business requirements, ensuring clarity and precisionDefine expected functional test outcomes and contribute to the development of testing strategiesProvide application support for functional operations, investigating causes of incidents and contributing to solutionsEvaluate and prioritize requirements based on importance, stability, and quality criteriaImplement and maintain a requirements methodology across multiple cross-functional developer teams, ensuring consistency and best practices

 

Your Profile:

University degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related fieldProven in-depth knowledge of IFRS17, including regulatory requirements and industry best practicesSeveral years of professional experience in requirements engineering, preferably in a similar industry or fieldExcellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levelsDemonstrated ability to work globally, navigating cultural and regional differences in process and approachConsulting and collaborative working style, with a strong focus on accountability, sharing, and knowledge transferHigh degree of commitment, with the willingness and ability to master various tasks and responsibilitiesFluent spoken and written English, with strong reporting and documentation skills
