Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description
We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Analyst with experience in designing and implementing integration solutions. The role is based in Istanbul (Asian side) with a hybrid work setting, requiring two days per week onsite.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical requirements
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including process flows, use cases, and user stories
Collaborate closely with development, QA, and product teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives
Manage and prioritize product backlogs in Agile/Scrum projects
Support user acceptance testing and ensure solutions align with acceptance criteria
Qualifications:
8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
Experience with RESTful and SOAP service architectures
Proficient in working with JSON and XML data formats
Experienced in end-to-end integration design and implementation
Skilled in creating modeling diagrams such as Use Case, Sequence, and Activity
Proficient in preparing system architecture and requirement specifications
Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum environments
Competent in backlog management
Skilled in writing user stories
Knowledgeable in defining test acceptance criteria
