We deliver advanced trading tools, transparency, and execution performance to institutional clients across the buy-side and sell-side. Our mission is to empower our clients with control, insight, and results through innovative trading solutions. We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong experience in order routing applications and messaging protocols to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have significant technical proficiency and understanding of financial Key Responsibilities:Gather requirements from clients and transform them into functional/non-functional requirements for frontend and backend components, including:Messaging interfaces between routing components and clients and exchangesMapping rules between different APIsData model for different system entitiesOrder processing rules and algorithmsEntities state machinesCollaborate with stakeholders to define system functionality and ensure optimal design solutions.Assist in solution planning, impact analysis, and project implementation.Ensure clear, structured documentation to support development, testing, and deployment.Work closely with other business analysts, development and QA teams to maintain high-quality deliveryRequired Skills, Experience, and QualificationsMinimum of 5 years experience as a Business Analyst for a financial firmStrong knowledge and experience in the US Equities and OptionsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environmentExcellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholdersGood understanding and experience with the software development lifecycleBasic knowledge of TCP/IP stack, networking, etc.Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Math, or related disciplinesAbout us:
