**Requirements:** + 3-5 years of related experience + B2+ to C1 English Proficiency + Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills + Experience with business process modeling tools + Experience conducting user research and associated tools + Knowledge of various business analysis tools and methodologies + Knowledgeable and experienced in Agile Software Development + Project and priority management skills + Ability to work independently and as part of a team + Adaptability to changing business needs and priorities **Preferred:** + Familiarity or working experience with AI, e-commerce applications, and other Web UI + Knowledge of SLDC frameworks including Agile and Scaled Agile + Familiarity with Supply Chain and Logistics operations within the Value-Added Reseller (VAR) industry The well-being of WWT employees is essential.
