Senior Business Analyst - Business Intelligence and Analytics Team
You support and influence business units & group functions to define, analyze, build & deliver a value-add business intelligence ecosystem (data, reporting analytics and CRM). Primary responsibilities are defining user stories, documenting requirements, and validating change across the ecosystem in support of the organization’s priorities.

You should be prepared to contribute and/or manage the support of the ecosystem, inclusive of data management, salesforce configuration and reporting changes. This support will focus not only on the near term needs, but future AI productivity related initiatives.

You will partner with offshores team members and technology partners to achieve these goals. This role is expected to understand policies and processes in place to assist with troubleshooting, identification and implementation of solutions.

Responsibilities:

Support the Salesforce SMEs in road mapping and enhancements to ensure they meet the strategic goals of the businessAssist with project execution by drafting business requirements, test and implementation plansAct as a liaison between business leaders, staff and utility functions to drive knowledge transferCommunicate action plans, status and priorities to appropriate partnersProactively seek out and identify needed system changesContinually seek ways to further enhance the end-user experienceAssist with performing user acceptance testing and ensure the test results meet defined criteria in order to meet the business objectivesDocument standard operating procedures and process flows for the organization to reference
 

Requirements:

Solid Salesforce.com skills and firm understanding of the concepts of Customer Relationship Management (CRM)Hands on reporting / dashboarding experience (e.g. Tableau)Prior Project Management/Agile/Business Analyst experience and/or Salesforce Administration experience within Financial Services IndustriesThe ability to apply technical knowledge to support the strategic plans and help shape future AI related use casesThe ability to demonstrate self-sufficiency with accessing, processing and interpreting informationStrong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skillsThe ability to lead, influence, communicate and interact with people of all levels across the organization and external partners as required
 

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent3-6 years of relevant experience ideally from an Asset Management FirmKnowledge of the standard capabilities of Salesforce.com including hands-on Salesforce.com (SFDC) administrative / configuration / implementation experience and/or integration with external systemsAbility to understand business needs, translate them to technical requirements and deliver value-added solutionsStrong organization, time management and follow-up skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact and effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical professionalsAbility to build strong internal relationships and work in a collaborative environmentAdvanced Excel skills
