We’re seeking a Senior Business Analyst Accounting to join our newly formed central team at Siemens Financial Services in Poland. This team will play a key role in the support of the implementation of our new S/4 HANA corporate solution SherpaX across various Siemens Financial Services entities. In this role, you will contribute to the success of the SherpaX project by supporting Accounting teams through advanced data analytics and the development of quality assurance dashboards. Your work will help ensure accuracy, consistency, and transparency in financial data. You’ll create impact by: Conducting financial analysis of accounting data to support quality assurance Developing analytical tools and KPI dashboards Translating extracted data into meaningful business insights Identifying AI use cases and leveraging AI agents to support financial analysis Developing tools and reports to support data migrations between SAP and contract management systems Performing financial analysis of migration data between SAP and contract management systems Driving and supporting the rollout of centralized automation tools such as Redwood Supporting the internal and external audit activities Your success is grounded in:A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting with a strong working knowledge of IFRS and the ability to research existing IFRS guidance Proven experience as a Business Analyst within financial services: system migration experience is highly preferred Proficiency in SAP systems (R/3 and S/4HANA), along with knowledge of financial services contract management systems A strong digitalization drive and skills in tools such as Power BI, KNIME, or other similar platforms A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in finance, accounting or a related field Excellent analytical thinking, paired with strong presentation and communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders The ability to thrive in multi-cultural, cross-functional environments, ideally with international project exposure Fluency in English is required, additional European languages are a strong plus Willingness to travel up to 25% We’ve got quite a lot to offer: Employment contract Hybrid working model Medical care, life insurance, Multisport Card We offer you growth and a skill-matched tasks, and once you encounter a challenge - you can count on our support and assistance You work in a company with projects of great importance to society and the planet in the fields of energy transition and decarbonization, among others We care about a good working atmosphere within the team and the company: our organizational culture is based on mutual trust and respectEmployee Support Program: free, 24/7 counseling for employees and their loved ones including psychotherapy, coaching, legal and financial consultations, webinars, training and more PPE Pension Program: Siemens funds your contributions 100%!
