Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Business Analyst to support key portfolios across HR, Finance, and Workflow systems. This role is ideal for a process-driven professional with a strong background in business transformation and performance improvement. Key Responsibilities: * Gather requirements and implement HR, Finance, and Workflow systems * Lead process improvement initiatives and serve as the Process Lead in business and application transformation projects * Identify root causes of business challenges, collect pain points, and facilitate process improvements * Plan and implement projects that improve quality, reduce costs, increase productivity, and enhance cycle times * Deliver process improvement projects within defined timelines and cost-reduction goals * Secure stakeholder buy-in for performance excellence initiatives * Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Technology Solution Leads and Finance, to assess and report financial benefits of improvement projects * Provide regular updates and reports on project status and outcomes
