*Qualifications 3–5 years of experience working with clinical teams on application development and implementation. 2–4 years of experience documenting business requirements and working with IT or using low-code Microsoft tools as a citizen developer. 1–2 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 and Microsoft Customer Insights or similar platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, SurveyMonkey). Basic understanding of SQL and entity-relationship models. Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint, Project, Excel, and PowerPoint. Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in a related field, or equivalent work experience. Experience in healthcare project implementation and specialty pharmaceuticals is an asset. Familiarity with use case diagramming, workflow documentation, and business analysis tools. Knowledge of patient support programs, specialty pharmacy, and reimbursement services is an asset. Basic knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, and HTML is a plus. Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and in team settings. Diplomatic and responsive in handling challenging situations. Client-focused with a continuous improvement mindset. Understanding of the broader Microsoft ecosystem and how to leverage it for business solutions. Bilingualism in English and French is an asset.
