Job description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience with business analysis tools and methodologies. You will play a key role in gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements, as well as ensuring successful collaboration between stakeholders, developers, and UI/UX teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to extract clear and actionable insights
Create detailed documentation including BRDs, user stories, process flows, and wireframes
Collaborate closely with development, QA, and design teams to ensure business needs are met
Use visual modeling tools such as draw.io to create workflows and diagrams
Support SOAP-based integrations and participate in interface design discussions
Work with UI/UX tools to contribute to user experience planning
Facilitate clear and structured communication among stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise-level projects
Proficiency in business analysis tools and documentation practices
Experience with SOAP services and understanding of integration concepts
Familiarity with UI/UX tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar)
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong documentation and reporting skills
Ability to ask the right questions, listen actively, and understand business needs
Experience using process modeling tools such as draw.io, Lucidchart, or similar
