Hybrid role: 4 days a week in office and work from home 1 day a week
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM EST

Salary: $29.51 - $37.65 per hour commensurate based on experience. 

The Senior Business Analyst in GEICO's EGA (Emergency Roadside/Glass/Accident Tow) department will play a critical role in driving operational excellence by analyzing complex business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting the Process Improvement Manager in the development and execution of project plans. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills who can translate data-driven insights into actionable recommendations, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure measurable results and alignment with organizational goals.

Essential Functions:

Conduct in-depth analysis of EGA business processes, workflows, and data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for efficiency.2 years Data Analytics experience requiredInsurance Claims Analytics experience requiredCollaborate with the Process Improvement Manager to design and implement project plans that address key operational challenges.Develop business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and ROI assessments to support recommendations for process improvements.Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and present findings to leadership and stakeholders.Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and meetings with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and validate solutions.Monitor project progress and performance metrics to ensure initiatives deliver expected outcomes.Support change management by documenting processes, creating training materials, and assisting with implementation activities.
