Overview:
Seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Owner cum Business Analyst to oversee the delivery, enhancement. This role combines the responsibilities of a Product Owner and a Business Analyst, requiring a deep understanding of user needs, business objectives, and technical capabilities. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving the development and continuous improvement
Product Owner:
·       Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
·       Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into user stories, and ensure clarity for the development team.
·       Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries, providing insights and updates to stakeholders.
·       Implement demand management practices to prioritize requests and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
·       Utilize tools like Jira and Confluence to track progress, manage workflows, and document project details.
·       Analyze demand trends and provide insights to inform strategic decision-making.
Business Analysis:
·       Conduct thorough analysis of business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
·       Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to elicit requirements and validate solutions.
·       Develop and maintain documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
