About the Role:

This role delivers Business Analysis for projects and product initiatives within the Technology & Transformation department, with a global scope spanning all countries in the Group.

You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business needs, documenting requirements, and driving the implementation of digital products and transformation projects, working collaboratively across teams while also operating independently when needed.

As part of the analysis team, you’ll lead by example, delivering high-quality work, sharing best practices, and inspiring positive change. This position offers exposure to impactful projects on both global and local levels, contributing to innovative solutions that shape the future of the organization.

What You Will Be Doing:

Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to the other business analysts in the team and work with Team leader to define what ‘good’ looks like Responsible for facilitating transformation and bringing a view of what “good" looks like on each project initiative Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the business processes and industry trends Communicate, collaborate, and challenge stakeholders at all levels of the business, including up to C-level execs Build trusting and productive relationships with the business and IT teams to deliver effective solutions based on a deep understanding of the business process Work independently with users/stakeholders to define concepts and under direction of Business Analysis Manager/Business Analyst Team Leader and/or Project Manager (where applicable) Lead, manage and be responsible for the business analysis tasks in assigned projects throughout their lifecycle Elicit requirements from internal and external stakeholders using various business analysis methods Critical evaluation of information and processes gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and decompose high-level information into details Analyse and document the ‘As-Is’ & ‘To-Be’ processes Convert business requirements into functional solutions Perform data mapping exercise, from source to target systems Perform change impact assessment by analysing how the proposed change will impact different aspects of the organisation including processes, people, and technology Document analysis work using standard format artefacts Support the design and implementation of solutions to meet the defined customer requirements Answer any processes or requirements related questions raised during dual running Participate in the creation of training/user guides where necessary

Who You Are:

Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in business transformation, management, business analysis Have worked on a minimum of 8 projects in Business Analyst capacity Someone who is passionate about knowledge sharing and open to impart his/her expertise and insights with others, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration Someone who is curious, collaborative, enthusiastic, passionate and exhibits a positive energy Good team player with strong interpersonal skills, who is keen to learn, but can also work independently Good organisation and time management skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure Excellent documentation skills with emphasis on applying quality control activities before sign-off Ability to work across multiple time zone Strong communicator with the ability to effectively communicate with project/product business sponsor and stakeholders Ability to effectively challenge stakeholders and requirements to ensure product deliverable aligns to corporate strategy Strong analytical skills, particularly in relation to process, data, and systems with strong attention to detail Understanding of how to interpret customer/business needs and translate them requirements Ability to recognise potential risks to projects, documenting and escalating them whilst seeking to simultaneously avoid or mitigate their impact Experience in process diagrams (UML modelling, BPMN) Competency with MS Office 365 suit of application (Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc) Solid knowledge in using Atlassian products (Jira and Confluence) and Lucidchart Solid understanding of Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid methodologies Previous experience of recruitment is desirable Solid understanding of Change Management Strategic thinking and a big-picture awareness in relation to changes being delivered by projects Process improvement qualifications (Lean, Six Sigma etc.) Business analysis qualifications highly desirable (CBAP, BCS, PMI-PBA)
