Principal responsibilities

This role is principally an Business Analyst role with business analysis responsibilities to manage and execute analysis activity for one or more projects.

Responsibilities will include some or all of the following:

Support Scrum Master and Product Owners to create requirements / user stories and managing the backlogTranslate business risk appetite/posture into functional and non-functional requirements/storiesCreate analysis of customer journeys, product functionality and business processWork closely with developers, testers, support staff and architects and a variety of end users to ensure technical and operational compatibility and quality for agreed solutionsExperience of analysing complex infrastructure upgrades affecting multiple countries, products, customers and applications, usually including comprehensive regression and non-functional testingExperience of working with a virtual team made up of stakeholders and IT colleagues from multiple disciplines, geographies and timezones
