1. 6-10 years of experience working in a Financial markets area and domain expertise in understanding different asset classes, performance data and hands-on experience in understanding different IT products that provide solutions to financial players, analyze/provide requirements for the user stories and perform UAT testing etc.,2. Collecting, understanding, and transmitting the business requirements for the project, and translating these into functional specifications3. Ability to perform detailed analysis to ensure all aspects of the business requirement are understood.4. Able to document the requirements, functional specification documents/ product backlogs.5. To provide the link between the customer, development team regarding software functionality, throughout the development lifecycle6. Interaction with the software engineering team to develop the software solution required by the client and ensuring their timely completion.7. Manage client calls, requirement gathering and analyzing project requirements.8. Responsible for bringing in new and innovative ideas.9. Estimate project deadlines on its perimeter.10. Strong finance business processes knowledge and concepts.11. Ability to relate the product functionality to business processes, and thus offer implementation advises to customers on how to meet their various business scenarios12.
