Job Description Overview: Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join their team in Dallas, TX. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and can bring structure to chaos. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundationparticularly in SDLC and CRM platforms like Salesforce and Dynamicsand the ability to communicate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external-facing teams, including sales and club leadership. This consultant will play a critical role in establishing business processes from the ground up, creating documentation such as BRDs and BPMN diagrams, and supporting CRM-related automation and integration efforts. A background in project management and experience with SDLC is highly preferred. Responsibilities:  Lead business analysis efforts across CRM and automation projects  Establish and document business processes from scratch in a dynamic and evolving environment  Create comprehensive documentation including BRDs and BPMN diagrams  Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Member Experience, Sales, and Club Leadership  Support CRM technical initiatives including lift-and-shift from Salesforce and integration with Dynamics  Gather and define requirements, manage scope, and ensure alignment with project goals  Interact with club stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions  Contribute to SDLC projects with a strong understanding of development lifecycle  Manage project ambiguity and scope creep, ensuring timely delivery of solutions  Travel occasionally, especially during the first month for onsite engagements We are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
