I further attest that all information I submit in my employment application is true to the best of my knowledge. **Job Description** **_OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE_** _(3-4 bullets)_ + Lead the completion of analysis of business processes, identification of automation opportunities, define RPA value proposition, reengineer process to improve automation potential and recommend RPA approach/strategy; and + Obtain engagement and buy-in from business units in the identification, prioritization and execution of RPA projects. **_SCOPE_** + Leads Process Discovery sessions with Takeda business teams to identify feasible processes to automate; + Leads and mentors less experienced analyst/s in effectively analyzing business complex end-to-end business processes and eliciting business requirements and needs, including identification of latent business needs; + Interprets Takeda’s SDLC to help junior business analyst/s and various stakeholders (CoE, VCoE, etc.) collaborate effectively during the entire automation journey (process identification, process selection, process prioritization, development, support); and + Possesses in-depth knowledge of RPA and its capabilities, and forms the bridge between the business and the team of testers and developers during successful automation projects. **Financial:** Est. annual revenue range of accountability*: Oku Yen Est. annual budget of responsibility: Oku Yen **Leadership/People:** No. of direct reports: 0 No. of indirect reports: 0 **Geographic Scope** : _*if applicable_ **_ACCOUNTABILITIES_** _(Describe the primary duties and responsibilities of the job. Approximately 5 – 10 bulleted task statements should be identified_ + Leads process discovery session to support Takeda teams in identifying processes that are fit for automation; + Works with Service line leads and/or delivery leads to create and execute a robust RPA strategy; + Leads the development of As Is Process Description – PDD (Process Description Document), To Be Automated Process Description – SDD (Solution Design Document) and ensures that less experienced business analyst/s adhered to the agreed standards; + Conducts RPA High Level Assessments; + Develops RPA client architecture and solution proposal focusing on scalability and extensibility; + Develops high level project plans for implementation projects; + Provides continuous updates to RPA stakeholders and Project Manager during project delivery; and + Works with teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures. **_DIMENSIONS AND ASPECTS_** **Technical/Functional (Line) Expertise** _(Breadth and depth of knowledge, application and complexity of technical knowledge)_ + Ability to create tactical plans that support the execution of a broader strategy + Deep knowledge of relevant domains/products/journeys. + Confident and skilled at identifying and navigating through roadblocks. + Experience in Agile development. + Certified Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate certification (PL-600) preferred **Leadership** _(Vision, strategy and business alignment, people management, communication, influencing others, managing change)_ + Ability to effectively engage stakeholders and support them in their “Agile” journey; making sure that products owners and project stakeholders are aware and understand their roles in delivering a successful product. + Ability to influence and build consensus amongst peers and less experienced analysts + Facilitates a culture which is open for innovation and automation, and remove barriers for an effective automation culture + Communicates the impact of various RPA projects and the RPA program to leadership **Decision-making and Autonomy** _(The capacity and authority to make organizational decisions, autonomy in decision-making, complexity of decisions, impact of decisions, problem-solving)_ + Able to balance the needs of the business team and the RPA factory when managing and prioritizing the project pipeline. + Assertive, with the confidence to be a voice of authority and able to influence stakeholders. + Ability to foster a learning and growth mindset within teams + Ability to promote innovative thinking and self-development. **Interaction** _(The span and nature of one’s engagement with others when performing one’s job, internal and external relationships)_ + Create and maintain an atmosphere of trust through facilitation of retrospectives and feedback exchange among team members. + Help other teams and conventional parts of the organization build effective communication and interaction with the team. + Coordinate interaction with other teams of one's own and other units. **Complexity** _(Products managed, mix of businesses, internal and/or external business environment, cultural considerations)_ + Clear obstacles and blockers in the team’s path (such as dependencies on other teams) and maintain a list of obstacles + Lead the development of complex products, as well, contribute the design of operational processes to support the product. **_EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:_** _(List the essential and desirable education and competency requirements to perform the primary responsibilities of the job.
