The role you’ll contribute:

The Senior Business Analyst interacts with multi-disciplinary teams and department Directors to provide relevant, accurate, and timely information. Specifically, the Senior Business Analyst will work with various Division service line leaders to support the data, analytical, reporting, and presentation needs of the service lines. The analyst performs research, collects data, and skillfully organizes and presents the analysis to management in written or oral format. The analyst will work to become the subject matter expert in the service lines he/she support and will be able to offer value-add recommendations and improvement ideas. Exercises objective, independent judgment in developing financial recommendations for management. Actively participates in superior customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all. Carries out duties with minimal supervision and with independence, reliability and accuracy.

Creates and maintains dashboards and reports for People Systems.

Presents results of analyses and projects to senior leaders to obtain feedback or buy in for next steps

Meets deadlines for established goals in an accurate and efficient manner for all areas of responsibility.

Provides support and assistance in the data needs of People Systems initiatives. Efficiently query data from various source systems, validate data to ensure accuracy, and synthesize data to yield actionable insights.

Provides support and assistance on presentation needs, using PowerPoint or other software, to persuasively present ideas and data.

Completes documentation requirements that are parallel to the overall business strategies for all phases of process development life cycle, as assigned.

Performs other duties as assigned or directed to ensure the smooth operation of the department

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, finance, or business, or related field OR four (4) years’ relevant experience

5 years leading and managing complex data driven projects (preferably in a medium to large size company)

5 years of relevant HRIS system experience, including ERP System implementation

5 years business acquisition project management including due diligence analysis, integrating business process, migrating data, tracking and resolving complex ‘issues’ lists, meeting milestones

Preferred qualifications:

Master’s degree in finance, accounting or analytics

Professional work experience in a healthcare setting

Professional in Human Resources certification (PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP)
