She/He plays a critical role in ensuring that payment systems are secure, efficient, compliant, and aligned with both customer expectations and regulatory standards. Often, works on integrating new payment methods (e.g., digital wallets, real-time payments, cross-border solutions), optimizing settlement processes, and supporting innovation in areas like tokenization, blockchain, or embedded finance. Responsibilities include analyzing transaction processes, identifying pain points in payment processing and designing functional solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency with ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Able to provide consultancy with best practices approaches to support issuer decisions as well as cross-selling features among issuing clients. RESPONSABILITIES **1. Requirements Gathering** + Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys with stakeholders. + Understand business needs, goals, and challenges. + Document functional and non-functional requirements. **2. Requirements Analysis** + Analyze and prioritize requirements based on business value and feasibility. + Identify gaps, redundancies, and dependencies. + Use models like use cases, user stories, and process flows. **3. Solution Assessment & Validation** + Evaluate proposed solutions to ensure they meet business needs. + Collaborate with developers, testers, and stakeholders during implementation. + Validate the solution through testing and user feedback. **4. Business Process Modeling** + Map current ("as-is") and future ("to-be") business processes. + Document flowcharts or diagrams to facilitate client understanding. + Identify opportunities for process improvement. **5. Stakeholder Management** + Identify key stakeholders and understand their interests. + Facilitate communication between business and technical teams. + Manage expectations and resolve conflicts. **6. Documentation & Reporting** + Create clear and concise documentation (business requirement document, user stories) + Maintain traceability of requirements. + Provide regular status updates and reports. **7. Strategic Analysis** + Conduct SWOT or feasibility studies. + Support business case development. + Align solutions with organizational strategy. + Provide consultancy and best practices approaches to support issuer decisions **8. Support Testing & Quality Assurance** + Assist in defining test cases and acceptance criteria. + Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing). + Ensure the delivered solution meets the documented requirements. HARD SKILLS + Bachelor degree in administration/business, computing science or technology. + More than 5 year experience in similar positions under agile or waterfall project methodology + Knowledge in payments ecosystem / cards industry / payment systems + English: advance + Expertise of Microsoft Office, IA tools, database tools, KPIs data trends Expertise collaborating with technical teams (among developers, testers and solution architects).
