Senior Building Attendant Job ID 225729 Posted 23-Jun-2025 Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Administrative, Building Management, Customer Service, Facilities Management, Property Management Location(s) Bangkok - Krung Thep Maha Nakhon - Thailand **RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Ensure the overall safety, cleanliness, and orderliness of the building. + Provide exceptional service and support to tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally. + Supervise and coordinate daily operations of housekeeping and security staff to maintain high service standards. + Monitor and manage parking facilities to ensure smooth operations and tenant convenience. + Act as the primary liaison between tenants, building management, and external contractors. + Plan and implement safety protocols and emergency response procedures within the building. + Conduct regular inspections of common areas and equipment to ensure functionality and cleanliness. + Prepare and maintain facilities for tenant use, including meeting rooms, common spaces, and event areas. + Educate and guide tenants on building policies, especially safety and emergency procedures. + Collaborate with the safety and occupational health team to maintain a safe and compliant work environment. + Respond swiftly and effectively to incidents or emergencies, ensuring minimal disruption to tenants. + Continuously seek feedback from tenants to improve service quality and satisfaction. **QUALIFICATIONS:** + Bachelor’s degree in any related fields. + Minimum of 3 years’ experience in building management, with a strong emphasis on tenant, purchasing or customer service. + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; service-minded with a professional demeanor. + Proven experience in managing building operations, including coordination with contractors and supervision of support staff. + Able to work 6 days per week and handle flexible schedules when needed. + Proficient in spoken and written English for effective communication with tenants and contractors. + Strong computer skills (MS Office: Word, Excel); familiarity with building management systems is a plus. + Knowledge of safety standards and emergency response planning is highly desirable. + Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm and effective under pressure. + Capable of independently planning and executing safety and service initiatives in high-rise buildings.
