Position Summary:
Archer Financial Services (AFS) is a wholly owned subsidiary and Guaranteed Introducing Broker of ADM Investor Services. AFS provides customers with superior service in all aspects of the futures markets. Experienced, in-house brokers use extensive market knowledge and expertise in risk management strategies and trade execution.
The Senior Broker will work with the AFS brokerage group in all aspects of customer service. Additionally, this position will assist in business development, customer retention, and marketing and sales to customers that utilize exchange traded/cleared futures and options.
Job Responsibilities: Sales and onboarding of accounts and other administrative tasks.Work to manage and understand digital platforms.Work with ADMIS customer service in facilitating access to electronic trading platforms, including the collection of documents to be signed by customers in an effort to acquire the proper documentation to ADMIS New Accounts and to ADMIS Customer Support.Maintain daily customer margin calls including communication to customers, the execution of wires and ACH transactions.Provide daily check out of trading activity and notification to management and/or brokers of corrections needed for clean customer equity runs and statements.Daily checking of all customer open orders to assure they have been entered into the respective trading platform. Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 10 years of future and options industry experienceSeries III National Futures Association license.Ability to pass and stay up to date on all Periodic Ethics and Anti-Money Laundering requirements.Provide superior customer service and current market information to customers.Ability to stay abreast of current market fundamental and technical analysis.Monitoring risk inherent to customer accounts.Maintain strong ethical standards.Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast paced and changing environment. Occasional extended hours and/or travel depending on business needStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office as well as willingness and aptitude to learn trading platforms and quote systems.Promotes the ADM Way and Core ValuesExcited about this role but don’t think you meet every requirement listed?
