Job Description We’re exclusively partnered with a respected global marine insurance broker seeking an experienced Business Development Broker to enhance their London operations. You’ll focus on cultivating insurer-side relationships within the Lloyd’s and wider London Market.
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £75,000–£100,000+ DOE

Developing new marine insurance business across H&M, Cargo, P&I, War, and specialist lines Negotiating placements with Lloyd’s and company market underwriters Strengthening and expanding insurer and syndicate relationships Advising clients within the shipping, trading, and energy sectors Collaborating with an international teams across multiple locations What We're Looking For 5+ years’ experience in marine insurance broking or underwriting within the London Market Strong network across Lloyd’s and company markets Expertise in Hull & Machinery essential; broader marine lines desirable Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills A self-starter with resilience, diplomacy, and commercial awareness Legally authorised to work in the UK Apply now and please include any relevant supporting documents (e.g. qualifications).
