As a Senior Bridge Engineer in our Fairfax, VA office, you’ll work alongside some of the industry’s most respected experts, tackle complex technical challenges, and contribute to projects that define infrastructure excellence across the region. **Responsibilities & Qualifications** As a Senior Bridge Engineer, you will: + Lead the structural design of complex transportation infrastructure, including bridges, tunnels, and walls. + Oversee and review engineering reports, calculations, and drawings for accuracy and compliance. + Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers. + Work directly with state agencies, municipalities, and design/build contractors to develop tailored solutions. + Play a key role in business development efforts, engaging with clients and presenting innovative solutions. **What You Bring** + Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred). + 10+ years of structural design experience in bridges and transportation infrastructure. + Development of calculations using Excel and Mathcad.
