As Senior Brand Manager for Smith’s, you’ll take the lead on shaping the future of one of Australia’s most iconic snack brands. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll drive end-to-end brand strategy, communications, and innovation – bringing bold ideas to life across the full marketing mix. Innovation: Deliver consumer-led product and packaging innovations through cross-functional collaboration and robust launch planning. Campaigns & Activation: Develop and execute insight-driven, media-optimized campaigns with clear KPIs and post-launch evaluation. Partnerships: Manage agency, supplier, and global brand relationships to ensure aligned, agile execution and local brand impact. Team Leadership: Coach and guide the brand team, fostering a high-performance, growth-oriented culture. Qualifications About you: Brand Leadership & FMCG Expertise: Proven experience at Senior Brand Manager level, ideally in FMCG, with a track record of managing complex brand portfolios and leading cross-functional teams. Ideally 6+ years in Marketing. Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to translate insights into actionable brand strategies, supported by sharp analytical skills to interpret consumer and market data. Campaign & Innovation Delivery: Demonstrated success in developing and executing ATL campaigns, media planning, consumer testing, and driving product innovation from concept to launch. Project & Stakeholder Management: Excellent planning, organisational, and communication skills to manage multiple initiatives and influence stakeholders at all levels. Creative & People Leadership: Skilled in creative development and agency collaboration, with experience coaching direct reports and fostering agile, high-performing teams.
