Senior Brand Manager Omnichannel Brands
**Position Summary** We are looking for a **Senior Brand Manager Omnichannel Brands** to join our Purina Petcare business. Being Brand Manager at Nestlé is not just about being an ambassador for globally recognized, well-loved brands - it’s an opportunity to become part of a large passionate team with an inimitable track record. **A day in the life of Senior Brand Manager Omnichannel Brands:** + Leads the annual local Brand Plans and calendars for strategic brands in line with Z-EUR Brand Plans. + Continuously builds expertise on E2E Innovation/renovation process, challenges processes that are not working properly and propose solutions to improve WOW. + Asseses local opportunities (impact / ability to work), proposes, gets local approval from cross-functional team, initiates and follows-up on the I2L process. + Coordinates Marketing Trainee and / or external agency to ensure accurate and in-time localization of product packaging sold in the market. + Develops a deep understanding of consumer / buyer behaviors, the competitive environment and its implications on the Brand, both online and offline. + Performs and presents to cross functional team deep research analysis and identifies corrective measures and proposes actions aimed to bring efficiencies and effectiveness for the Brand (using Nielsen database). + Localizes and implements Z-EUR communication assets (advertising, packaging, PR & sponsorship) according to the Category and Brand strategy. + Coordinates Romania's campaigns or initiatives, in close cooperation with the other markets to drive synergies. + Runs pre an post-evalaution of campaigns and, where necessary, modifies the Brand Plan and calendar of activities. + Communicates effectively with Sales, MDO, DSP, INANCE and other support departments, factory, agencies in connection with all initiatives related to the Brand. + Manages high level of PFME investments and compelx calendar of initiatives. + Following Z-EUR startegy, contributes to building eBusiness local plans and leads implemnetation. **What will make you successful?** + 5+ years experience in Brand Management + Exceptional project management and attention to details + Data driven mindset with experience using competitive analysis, user research and inustry trends to create marketing initiatives that convert + Demonstrated ability to work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful marketing campaigns and product launches + Previous experience in digital (search, CRM, e-commerce) + Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken. + Experience in FMCG is preferred. **What we offer:** + A culture that fosters inclusion, diversity and innovation + Attractive package + Lunch tickets + Performance Bonus + Christmas and Easter Bonus + Medical subscription for our employees and their spouse and children + Mental health programs + Additional vacation days that increase with seniority at Nestle. **Please apply with a CV in English.**
