This role offers the opportunity to lead high-impact innovation, leverage deep consumer insights, and drive performance through data-led decision-making. As a key contributor you’ll play a central role in advancing GLAD’s business vision and brand equity across ANZ. **In this role, you will:** As **Senior Brand Manager Glad ANZ** , you’ll be at the forefront of shaping one of the region’s most trusted household brands. Your role will be dynamic, strategic, and highly collaborative, with responsibilities including: + **Lead with Insight:** Harness the power of data, consumer research, and market trends to shape brand strategy and drive sustainable, profitable growth. + **Strategic Vision:** Co-create and execute a bold, three-year consumer-led growth plan that delivers on key business metrics—NCS, profit, margin, and market share. + **Drive Innovation:** Lead the development and execution of a breakthrough innovation pipeline, including product and packaging enhancements that elevate the brand and excite consumers. + **Boost Profitability:** Support cost saving initiatives and margin improvement through tools like Net Revenue Management and Price Pack Architecture. + **Own Business Health:** Manage A&SP, packaging, and research budgets across ANZ, ensuring smart investment and strong ROI. + **Collaborate for Impact:** Partner with Sales and Category teams to craft compelling growth stories that align with the GLAD brand strategy. + **Inspire and Develop Talent:** Coach and mentor both direct reports and cross-functional partners, fostering a culture of excellence, curiosity, and continuous learning. + **Champion Culture:** Contribute to a purpose-driven, inclusive team environment that embraces IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Allyship) and supports personal and professional growth. **Deliver Glad results** + Drive Net Customer Sales (NCS), profitability and market share growth to achieve business targets. + Participate in the ANZ Glad Neighbourhood (Cross functional commercial team) + Utilising consumer insights help to develop brand strategies, business plans and accelerated growth opportunities to drive profitable growth. + Deliver measurable activation plans including media, creative, NPD, post analysis and recommend adaptations moving forward + Maintain and expand digital presence including social media and ecommerce as a growth channel. + Recommendation of pricing strategies and portfolio optimisation across portfolios. + Optimise return on brand investment and the management of media and all agency partners. **Business Strategy Development and Leadership** + Assist in the development execution of the 3-year Strategic Innovation Plan and align the plan with the approved brand strategy + Assist in the development of the brand engagement plans + Actively contribute to customer engagement and category reviews driving the consumer & innovation agenda and portfolio optimisation to deliver growth. + Champion strategic partnerships that deliver against brand strategy e.g. Terracycle, + Close collaboration with the R&D and Product Supply Organisations to ensure supply and new product development is effectively managed through the innovation process. Partnership on the MTO program (margin optimization). **Lead and develop a high performing team** + Own the myGPS (personal performance and career development) process for your team. + Develop talent for growth and performance through coaching, feedback and leadership by example. + Increase capability in the team with a view towards succession planning **What we look for:** **What you will bring to the role:** + Industry Experience: Minimum of 4 years of brand management experience, with a strong track record in an FMCG consumer marketing environment. + Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. + Strategic & Analytical Skills: Proven ability to translate consumer insights into actionable strategies, with strong analytical thinking and commercial acumen. + Collaboration & Leadership: Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Category, and Innovation teams, and a passion for coaching and developing talent. + Cultural Fit: A growth mindset and commitment to fostering an inclusive, purpose-driven team culture. + Work Flexibility: Ability to work in-office 3 days per week and collaborate effectively across time zones, including New Zealand, the USA, and the UK. **Workplace type:** **We seek out and celebrate diverse backgrounds and experiences.
