Senior Brand Manager
Site Name: Warsaw Posted Date: Jul 22 2025 Senior Brand Manager We are looking for a dynamic Senior Brand Manager for an exciting and high-profile opportunity within GSK’s Specialty Business Unit. In this role you will be accountable for implementing the marketing strategy and will work closely with the Marketing Manager and with the broader commercial team (including sales). This is an important role within GSK’s Specialty Business Unit team in Poland, where there are significant performance ambitions requiring us to be accountable for impact, ambitious for patients and always do the right thing. In this role, you will collaborate with a cross-functional team encompassing Medical, Market Access, and various support functions. Your Responsibilities This role will provide you the opportunity to lead key activities, including: Work cross-functionally (internally and externally) to localize global strategy and/or create and execute local marketing plans to drive brand performance (sales value & market shares) Implementation & execution of the marketing strategy for the brand in scope delivering the annual business plan & P&L assumptions Responsibility for annual budget planning process and brand’s P&L Preparing and coordinating monthly business review meetings with local and regional executive teams Cross-functional co-operation with other departments (medical, sales, financial, market access and regulatory departments) to develop comprehensive strategies and brand account plans in order to drive brand performance (sales value & market shares) Close cooperation with EEs in the field Lead the development of core promotional assets for HCP promotion aligned to brand strategy Ownership of materials and processes for us to thrive in a competitive marketplace and leveraging digital solutions. Providing sales force training about the promoted brands in scope, preparing promo communication & materials Developing high-value content across multiple channels (web, email, display, print, events) with a specific focus on addressing key customer challenges, driving brand advocacy, and maximizing the customer experience. Setting clear campaign objectives founded on customer needs. Selecting, developing, and refreshing quality content, championing and utilizing the most advanced digital solutions and processes (e.g., Gen AI) to bring the brand positioning to life. Conducting regular A/B tests of different content types across different personas, harnessing generative technologies. Engaging and briefing local agencies to create gold standard creatives, aligned to campaign objectives. Driving and creating customer-centric omnichannel user journeys via a thorough understanding of what matters most to customers. Analyze data to understand customer behaviors, needs, and preferences, and optimizing content and activities based on personas and channel preferences Measuring and reporting marketing campaign performance against objectives and KPIs, identifying trends and insights, and collaborating with teams and partners to optimize spend, performance, and user experience. Basic Qualifications We are looking for professionals with these required skills and characteristics to achieve our goals: Bachelor’s degree in business, Life Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 3 years' experience in pharma industry including min. 2 years in pharmaceutical marketing/sales on the Polish market Polish & English - fluent Experience in leading cross-functional teams or project groups Excellent analytical skills (ability to conduct analysis and draw the right conclusions on their base) Proven experience in marketing, brand management, or a related field, with a track record of developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns through a cross-functional team Ability to successfully navigate multiple stakeholder environments Possesses strong communication and stakeholder management skills, producing high-quality, data-driven, and creative solutions in a fast-paced environment. Values an iterative design approach with a strong sense of ownership and proactive advocacy for the end-user. Open to taking on new challenges and learning new skills, while being collaborative, curious, empathetic, open-minded, and innovative. Brings high energy and passion to the job, influencing those around them, and building trust and rapport to create a comfortable and effective workplace. Demonstrated project management skills, including experience in Agile project management. Ability to successfully work with external agencies to develop and implement promotional/educational campaigns (including advertising, public relation agencies, market research companies, etc) Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and multiple projects/priorities is required. Preferred Qualifications Experience using Veeva PromoMats or equivalent content management system. Sales and/or Marketing experience within secondary care environment. Experience in biologic therapies and/or respiratory brands. Proactively explores new ideas, trends and opportunities (including processes, business models, innovative product launches, and how to best harness digital solutions e.g. AI) to drive business performance and future growth.
