Adecco Creative and Marketing is seeking a visionary and strategic **Global Marketing Senior Manager** to lead end-to-end fragrance innovation across product development, creative strategy, and market activation. This role is responsible for shaping and executing a multi-year innovation pipeline that aligns with brand positioning, consumer insights, and retailer needs—particularly within the U.S. market. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and has a deep understanding of the fragrance and beauty categories.

**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Own the global fragrance innovation strategy and 3-year product pipeline from concept to market launch
+ Lead 360° communications strategy for all fragrance launches, ensuring consistency with brand identity
+ Drive creative development and asset production in collaboration with cross-functional teams
+ Work with the olfactory studio to develop compelling fragrance profiles for each launch
+ Ensure consumer and retail insights inform all strategies and product development
+ Collaborate with skincare innovation and digital marketing teams to integrate efforts, with a focus on the U.S. as a priority market
+ Manage the global marketing budget, project timelines, and financial forecasts in close coordination with finance
+ Support development of the 3-year brand P&L aligned with revenue and profitability goals
+ Build exclusive innovation pipelines for key retail partners (e.g., Ulta, Amazon, DTC platforms, QVC)
+ Track launch performance with trade marketing and integrate learnings into future innovation
+ Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to stay at the forefront of fragrance innovation
+ Lead and mentor direct reports, setting clear goals, development plans, and fostering a culture of creativity and accountability
+ Serve as a core member of the brand’s global leadership team
**Qualifications:**
+ **Minimum 7 years of experience in beauty marketing, with at least 3 years specifically in fragrance (mass or prestige)**
+ Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus
+ Demonstrated expertise in global product development and go-to-market strategy
+ Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and leadership capabilities
+ Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional collaboration
+ Deep understanding of consumer insights, brand storytelling, and creative concept development
+ Strong financial acumen and experience with P&L and marketing budget management
+ Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
+ Confident working with senior stakeholders and executive leadership

**Pay Details:** $50.00 to $60.00 per hour
