What’s it all about?

This is a key role in our small and busy brand team where you’ll work collaboratively with lots of different teams across the business and agency partners. You’re someone who loves developing and implementing brand and communications strategies, and would be passionate about elevating and differentiating the Travelodge brand to drive top of mind awareness and consideration.

You will develop and deliver the annual multi-channel brand communications calendar leading a cross-functional team, reviewing quarterly to adjust and reflect the changing business requirements and opportunities. You will also translate customer insights into actionable strategies, diving into data to gain understanding. A brand guardian, internally and externally, across all channels, to drive consistency and on-brand communications across all customer and employee touch-points.

Who will this appeal to?

You’ll have at least 10 years multi-channel marketing experience gained in rapid paced, results driven multi-site businesses. You’ll be a thought leader and hands on, with the ability to work across a broad spectrum of activity with a strong blend of creative flair and commercial acumen passionate about brand building and storytelling to create engaging campaigns.

Results-orientated; continuously looking to optimise strategies and activities to drive ever better results is second nature to you. Developing and delivering brilliant brand strategies, marketing and communications is ‘your thing’!
