**Job Description:**
**Position Summary:**
We are seeking a results-oriented Senior Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for Erleada in the Prostate Cancer portfolio. This role combines critical thinking with operational delivery, with a strong focus on crafting brand plans that resonate with healthcare professionals and drive impact competitive oncology market.
The ideal candidate is someone who takes ownership, brings their own perspective to strategic and tactical discussions, and is comfortable challenging the status quo when needed. We’re looking for someone who is hands-on, yet forward-looking—capable of delivering on today’s priorities while contributing to the strategic direction of the brands.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Lead the development and execution of the brand and marketing strategy for Erleada in close alignment with cross-functional teams and regional/global partners.
+ Bring market insights and field feedback into strategy discussions and identify opportunities to differentiate and improve brand performance.
+ Lead positioning, messaging, and content development tailored to the needs of the target audience, mainly urologists and oncologists.
+ Design and implement an omnichannel marketing plan to effectively engage healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
+ Propose and implement new ideas to improve customer engagement or strengthen brand relevance.
+ Measure the impact of marketing activities and contribute to business reviews with clear, data-driven insights.
+ Lead marketing, medical, and sales meetings, coordinating cross-functional activities to achieve brand objectives.
+ Collaborate with the Brand Manager Akeega/Balversa to develop a cohesive omnichannel marketing strategy for the GU Oncology portfolio.
+ Actively identify and implement creative brand strategies & tactics to differentiate Erleada from competitors, ensuring a strong and sustainable competitive edge in the prostate cancer market.
**Candidate Profile:**
+ Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
+ Demonstrated ability in pharmaceutical marketing.
+ Familiarity with the oncology therapeutic area is a plus.
+ Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams within a fast-paced environment.
+ Strong communication, presentation, and business writing skills.
+ Comfortable managing complexity, adapting to evolving priorities, and driving execution.
+ Fluency in English is required; knowledge of French and/or Dutch is preferred.
