The Senior Branch Operations Manager is responsible for the sales, service, rental, and parts departments for the territories covered by the branch they are assigned to. This includes management of workflow, cross departmental execution of duties, facilities, assets, implementation of the branches operating processes and procedures, fostering the West Coast Energy Systems customer focused culture. KPIs to include but not limited to customer satisfaction, territory profitability, revenue growth, operational efficiency as well as customer and employee retention.
**Major Responsibilities**
+ Select, coach, and develop the team within the assigned area of responsibility.
+ Management of office personnel, facilities, rental fleet, and associated assets.
+ Management of WCES service sales, service, rental, and parts operations for branch locations within the assigned territory.
+ Set operational objectives that align with company strategy.
+ Ensure KPIs for revenue and operating income are met.
+ Ensure work orders are completed, with proper documentation, on time, and within quoted amounts and timeframes
+ Oversee ERP system usage to ensure documentation and reporting is complete and accurate.
+ Support the development of processes and procedures that align with the financial and operational goals of the company
+ Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of generator system technology, including competition products and strategies.
+ Support of other WCES and Aftermarket personnel on an as-needed basis
+ Participate in the operational leadership development program with the VP/GM by providing guidance, mentorship coaching, and training to junior branch managers as assigned by the VP/GM
+ Work with VP/GM on annual operational strategy initiatives to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
+ Lead selected leadership training relating to cultural development, process (ISO) documentation, and strategy initiatives across the enterprise.
+ Participate in the selection of operational leadership throughout the organization.
+ Ensure the operational teams are continuously operating following the written process documents and providing feedback for continuous improvement.
**Minimum Job Requirements**
+ College 4-year degree, BS or equivalent in associated field
+ 5 years of operations management experience
+ 5 years of management experience with direct reports
**Preferred Job Requirements**
+ Advanced degree in Business Management
+ Working knowledge of business enterprise systems (ERP)
+ Experience in industrial equipment industry
+ Service Operations management experience
+ Experience as a Technical Supervisor in an Industrial application/setting
+ Proficiency in schematic and service documentation
+ Proficiency in financial oversite and understanding including budgets, forecasting models and general ledgers
**Compensation** : Energy Systems is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The annual salary for this role based in Nevada is $136,000.00 - $204,000.00 USD Annual . This compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. This role is eligible for variable compensation including short term and long-term incentives.
**Physical Demands** : While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls. The employee is regularly required to stand and walk. On occasion the incumbent may be required to stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders. The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Specific conditions of this job are typical of frequent and continuous computer-based work requiring periods of sitting, close vision and ability to adjust focus. Occasional travel.
